United States Partners with Pakistan to Help Farmers Improve Fertilizer Use

United States provides seed funding to women entrepreneurs to grow their businesses

This new funding brings the United States total assistance to Pakistan for flood response, food security, and disaster preparedness and capacity building efforts to $97 million this year. United States Military Begins Airlift of Critical Flood Relief Items to Pakistan
Islamabad, September 09, 2022 (PPI-OT):United States Central Command, in support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has begun airlifting life-saving humanitarian supplies to support people and communities affected by ongoing, severe flooding in Pakistan. The supplies include nearly $2.2 million worth of essential life support resources, including food preparation and shelter materials, which will be delivered over the course of the coming days in approximately 20 different shipments around the country.
