Separate units termed bid to change IOK demography

Srinagar, June 20, 2016 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders Mohammad Shafi Reshi, Farida Behanji have said that the construction of separate colonies for Pandits and retired Indian soldiers is a conspiracy of the Indian government to change the demography of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Political Movement, Advocate Mohammad Shafi Reshi addressing a meeting of his party in Srinagar said that the people of Kashmir said that Kashmiris were not against the return of Pandits but would never allow separate colonies for them.

He said Kashmir is a disputed territory and it should be settled in accordance with the UN resolutions. He said that the people of Kashmir would continue their struggle for securing their birthright to self-determination till complete success. He said that amicable settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute was inevitable for bringing peace, progress and prosperity in the region.

The Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement Patron, Farida Behanji in a statement said that Kashmir was an internationally-recognized dispute, which needed to be resolved UN resolutions.
