Pakistan, China vow to further strengthen ‘All-weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership’ 

Islamabad, January 09, 2023 (PPI-OT):Pakistan and China have reaffirmed the commitment to advance the bilateral All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership between the two countries. The resolve was expressed during a telephonic conversation between Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and his newly appointed Chinese counterpart Qin Gang on Monday.

Conveying his felicitations on Chinese Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari noted that Pakistan and China are time-tested friends and All-Weather Partners, with a long history of mutual support and cooperation. The two Foreign Ministers also discussed regional issues of mutual interest. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari thanked his Chinese counterpart for Beijing’s active participation in and support for the International Conference on Climate Resilient Pakistan.

He said China’s generous and timely assistance for post-flood reconstruction was a source of comfort for millions in Pakistan, and served as a glowing example of international cooperation. With the approach of the Chinese Lunar New Year, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari conveyed his best wishes and warm greetings to the Chinese leadership.
