Mohali, April 06, 2019 (PPI-OT): India’s infamous National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge-sheet in the Special NIA Court, Mohali, Punjab, against four Kashmir students who were arrested in October last year. A statement issued by the NIA said that the agency had filed a charge-sheet in a case registered against the Kashmiri students.
Three of these students, Zahid Gulzar, Yasir Rafiq Butt and Muhammad Idiris were arrested on October 10 in 2018 from a hostel room of CT Group of Colleges, Shahpur, Jalandhar, in a fake case registered against them. Zahid and Yasir were studying at the CT institute, Jalandhar, and Muhammad Idris Shah was studying at St. Soldier Institute, Jalandhar. Another Kashmiri youth, Sohail Ahmed Butt, a student of Universal Group of Institutions Lalru, Punjab, was also arrested by the NIA in the same case.
