KEA warns of mass agitation against plot to trifurcate IOK

Srinagar, November 17, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Kashmir Economic Alliance has that financial package announced by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Srinagar on November 7, is a ploy to trifurcate Jammu and Kashmir. The KEA in a statement issued in Srinagar saying the puppet administration was conspiring to dilute the Muslim majority character of Jammu and Kashmir trifurcating it on religious lines, threatened to launch a mass movement against the conspiracy.

“The package vindicated our stand that PDP was party to the RSS’s plan of trifurcating the J and K, wherein Jammu will be a separate state, Ladakh a union territory and Kashmir a concentration camp,” KEA chairman added. He said that by welcoming the so-called package, PDP helped the Hindu extremist forces in their mission of trifurcating the territory. “The power hungry PDP owes an explanation,” he said.

The KEA, a representative body of transporters, traders and hoteliers, said that the PDP was selling out for the sake of power. “Welcoming the package which contains nothing for flood victims reveals the hypocrisy of the PDP which was supposed to represent the interest of Kashmiris,” Chairman, KEA, Muhammad Yaseen Khan said.
