IOK JI holds meeting in Srinagar

Srinagar, August 06, 2015 (PPI-OT):The Jamat-e-Islami of occupied Kashmir in a meeting held in Srinagar with its Ameer, Abdullah Wani in chair and thoroughly discussed the overall situation of the territory besides the organisational matters of the party. The meeting also discussed the plans of the authorities to convert the majority status of Muslims into minority for changing the demography of the territory.

The plans include establishment of separate townships for non-state-holders and settlement of retired Indian troops in the occupied territory, which was a conspiracy for changing the demography of Kashmir, the participants of the meeting added. They also urged sectarian harmony and discouraged communalism.
