Srinagar, July 10, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court Bar Association on Wednesday released book on Article 35-A. The book was written to spread the awareness about 35-A among general public. It is worth mentioning here that Article 35A allows the Jammu and Kashmir legislature to define permanent residents of the territory.
