Youth rendering sacrifices for better tomorrow: Mirwaiz

Srinagar, December 12, 2016 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Hurriyet forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has paid tributes to the two youth, recently martyred by Indian forces in Islamabad district saying they are rendering sacrifices for better tomorrow of the Kashmiri people.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement paying rich tributes to the martyrs of Arwani, Bijbehara, deplored that the bodies of martyr Majid Zargar and his companion were shamelessly mutilated and burnt beyond recognition by Indian forces.

The Mirwaiz strongly condemned this reprehensible act of the Indian forces and termed it barbaric to say the least.

“Innocent and courageous children and youth of Kashmir are up against subjugation and are fighting hard staking their life to end the illegal Indian control in Kashmir, sacrificing their today for the better tomorrow of Kashmiri people,” he added.

“Kashmir’s struggle for freedom would continue till and the martyrdom of our youth further strengthens the Kashmiris’ resolve,” he said.

Meanwhile, a delegation of the All Parties Hurriyet visited Hasan Pora Arwani and paid tributes to martyred youth Majid Zargar, Raheel Amin and Aarif Amin Shah.

The delegation comprising Muhammad Yusuf Makroo, Bashir Ahmad, Sabzar Ahmad and Muzafar Ahmad offered funeral in absentia. They said that these youth despite being highly qualified were sacrificing their lives for a great and sacred cause. They also conveyed the condolence message of APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani to the bereaved families.

On the other hand, the Chairman of Tehreek-e- Mazahmat, Bilal Sidiqee, visited Tral and paid his glorious tributes to Shaheed Burhan Wani. Bilal Sidiqee who was released after five months of detention, visited various families of slain youth and extended his condolences with their families.

Secretary General of Dukhtaran-e-Millat Nahida Nasreen in a statement paying rich tributes to the Abdul Majid Zargar, and Rahil Amin said the martyred youth laid down their lives for Islam and freedom of Kashmir from Indian subjugation
