Srinagar, November 09, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Employees Movement, Muhammad Shafi Lone, has paid glowing tributes to Poet of East, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, on his birth anniversary.
Muhammad Shafi Lone in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Allama Iqbal had fully supported the people of Kashmir in their struggle against the Dogra regime and encouraged them through his poetry. He said that Jammu and Kashmir was a part of the motherland of Muslims for which Allama Iqbal had dreamt. He said that the people of occupied Kashmir were struggling for securing their right to self-determination and would continue their struggle till it reached its logical conclusion.
