Lahore, December 02, 2017 (PPI-OT):The faculty members of the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Transplant Institute (PKLTI) called on Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Talking to them, CM Shehbaz Sharif said they have the huge responsibility of serving the distressed humanity and they have a vital role in making it great institute and they should work day and night for this purpose. He said Pakistan Kidney and Liver Transplant Institute is the state-of-the-art project and this project will be role model in the service of humanity and this institute will be run by a trust. He said the Punjab government has provided resources worth billions of rupees for this project. He said his determination to serve humanity is not hidden from anybody.
He said strikes and protest do not suit to the people attached to the noble profession medicine and there will be no strikes and protests in this institute because this institute will only serve distressed humanity. He said he is answer to Allah Almighty besides the people and all recruitments have been made transparently. He said he salutes doctors and surgeons who quit their jobs abroad to join this institute and their return to the motherland to serve their fellow countrymen is a praiseworthy step.
He said Quaid-e-Azam had made separate country for justice and equal opportunities of education and medical. He said all have equal rights with any discrimination of colour, creed and race. He said 70 years have passed this dream has not been realised and we have forgot great sacrifices of our forefathers. He said we should ignore past and proceed forward for the betterment of the country. He said he is always available from the depth of his heart for this institute.
