Islamabad, October 05, 2022 (PPI-OT):Ethiopian Ambassador to Pakistan Jamal Beker Abdulla called on Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif in Islamabad on Wednesday. During the meeting, the Defence Minister said Pakistan intends to establish meaningful defence ties with Ethiopia and is focused on enhanced defence, military and intelligence cooperation. Kazakhstan Ambassador Yerzhan Kistafin also called on Defence Minister and discussed bilateral relations.
Speaking on the occasion, Khawaja Asif said Pakistan values its close friendly relations with Kazakhstan which are based on immense mutual goodwill and understanding to bring the two countries further close to each other. The Kazakhstan Ambassador acknowledged the existing scope and scale of cooperation between the two countries and desired further cooperation and collaboration in the field of defence.
