Karachi, August 29, 2018 (PPI-OT): The Government of Sindh has in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 144 (6) Cr. P.C. imposed ban on swimming / bathing at the beaches/ sea sides within the territorial limits of Karachi Division for a period of 30 days to safeguard the precious lives of the citizen on swimming at the beaches of Karachi to protect human lives. The SHOs of concerned Police Station is authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for violation of Section 144 Cr. P.C against the violators.
