APHC-AJK denounces teenager’s killing in IOK

Islamabad, October 10, 2016 (PPI-OT): A meeting of All Parties Hurriyet Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter (APHC-AJK) held in Islamabad, today, and expressed concern over the killing of a teenage boy, Junaid Ahmad by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.

The APHC-AJK said that India under a well-planned conspiracy was involved in genocide of Kashmiris. It deplored that Indian forces barged into the house of 12-year-old student, Junaid Ahmad and opened indiscriminate firing on him inside his home due to which he was expired on the spot.

The APHC-AJK said that India had turned the entire Kashmir valley into a hell for last over there months. It said that the lives of the people of Kashmir had been made more miserable because of continued curfew and other restrictions in the territory.

It said that despite curfew, the people come out of their houses and held anti-India demonstrations and raised high-pitched pro-freedom slogans, which was a message to India and the world community that Kashmiris would never bow down before the illegal occupation of India.

The APHC-AJK appealed to the world community and international human rights organizations to play their due role in halting Indian atrocities in the occupied territory.
