Anti-Encroachment operations in Sector C-13 and G-11/3 

Islamabad, December 31, 2022 (PPI-OT):On the instructions of Chairman CDA, Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Younis, DG Enforcement called the anti-encroachment staff to the office despite the holiday today and Chairman CDA Capt. (Retd.) Mohammad Usman Younis to issue instructions for removal of encroachments in Sector C-13, G-11, I-10/3 and Industrial Area I-9 of Islamabad.

According to the details, sector C-13 where the construction work of Margalla Road is going on and the encroachments were coming in there, using heavy machinery, 26 rooms, 2 washrooms and 2 Moshi sheds were demolished and the line of Margalla Road was cleared. The road construction is going on.

Similarly, in Sector I-10/3, Plot No. 119 also had encroachments in the form of temporary huts, against which 25 huts were demolished and the plot cleared of encroachments. Similarly, on the information of encroachment on Hill at No. 37 Sector G-11 center, enforcement teams demolished several constructions and cabins.

Sector G-11/3 Plot No. 9 and 11 were encroached upon and both the plots were cleared. Sector I-9 Industrial Area issued written notices to Suzuki Motor and Kia Motor Hasan Marble Factory for removal of encroachments. In Sector D-12 center footpath and parking area, several counters and stalls were removed and 3 truckloads of goods were confiscated.

Encroachments on Plot No. 40-C in Sector G-9 Center were cleared from encroachments by demolishing constructions with heavy machinery. In this regard, DG Enforcement says that similar actions will be continued against the encroachers even during weekly holidays and no effort will be spared to provide a clean environment to the citizens of Islamabad.
