Ahsan Iqbal calls for ‘Charter of Economy’ to take country towards sustainable development

Over 24,000 Pakistani pilgrims arrive in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj 

Islamabad, June 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):Over 24,000 pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj under the government and private Hajj schemes. In a statement on Monday, spokesperson of Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Mohammad Omar Butt said that 10,000 pilgrims who completed their pilgrimage to Madinah have been transported to Makkah by buses. He said 1700 more Hajj pilgrims will arrive at Jeddah Airport through six flights from Pakistan on Monday, while those who have completed their eight days stay in Madinah will also leave for Makkah. Nilofar terms women’s economic empowerment vital for country’s development
