ED to record Navlakha’s statement in news portal case

Mumbai, July 01, 2021 (PPI-OT):A special NIA court in Mumbai has allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to record a statement of activist, Gautam Navlakha, arrested in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist links case, in its money laundering probe against ‘Newsclick’, a news website, currently lodged in Taloja Jail in the neighbouring Navi Mumbai. Delhi court dismisses bail plea of Shabbir Shah

New Delhi, July 01, 2021 (PPI-OT):A court in Delhi, today, dismissed the bail application of illegally detained senior APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmad Shah in connection with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) false case, saying the prosecution cannot be blamed for delay on account of Covid-19.
