Federal Ombudsman continue to provide free justice: Muhammad Yameen

Karachi, June 03, 2016 (PPI-OT):Federal Ombudsman continue to provide free justice on district level and annually over 75 thousand people are taken benefits in all country which is being admired on all levels. These thoughts were expressed by Advisor to Federal Ombudsman’s Regional Office Muhammad Yameen, he was hearing applications against overbilling of K-Electric at Deputy Commissioner Malir’s Camp Office. Muhammad Yameen said that this is a sole authority for providing free justice where applicant has no need to hire a lawyer, they follow their complaint by themselves and free justice is provided them.

He said that to be decided the matter by mutual understanding at first day of hearing of applicant’s complaint is a feat of Federal Ombudsman Authority. On this applicant Shamsher Ali told Ombudsman court that his Electricity Bill is big while power consumption is very short, upon which G.M. of K-Electric Maroof Solangi presented a report that this is fact that his bill is too short which even cannot be sent to a shack. Muhammad Yameen order to pay the bill on basis of average of 2014 after checking previous bills. Among other applicants include Tanvir Hussain Shah, Khuda Bux, Qamar Iqbal and others.
